If your worried about a few protesters camping out in a park than how about they just move in to survive. They can start farming and fishing to feed their families. Or is that only a right for the rich that can afford to buy land to feed and shelter their families. The rest should starve and die from the elements?
Let's get to a harder question. Who and how does anyone grant or take away a right to own or utilize land, air or water to survive or for subsistence?
Let's bring it back to questions all the way back during colonization of the land. How can you grant or take away something that is not something you can truly own? How could someone have purchased lands from someone that didn't own or understand the concept of owning the land. Many natives to this land before it was a country leased the lands. They did not sell it because the land could not be sold they didn't own it as far as they were concerned. You can't sell mother earth.
Maybe it is time to give the lands of the world back to those that treated it with respect and treated each other with respect instead of legal papers and battles in courts.
