Now the question would be did any of the below take place and violate 18 U.S.C. § 241 : US Code - Section 241: Conspiracy against rights? Does anyone have the information (phone calls, emails, faxes etc.) that took place during these conferences and what was advised and followed?

Last question is could Mayor Bloomberg go to jail over this? Answer under the old rules would be no a 1 percent individual doesn't go to jail for almost anything.
